Hi there! My name is Jessica, and my daughter, Reese, will attend Addams Elementary School this fall. We live a very short walking distance from the school, so while I already walk my own child to and from school each day, I will be offering our home to children K-5 who attend Addams Elementary as well, for before and after school care. We welcome all ages DK-5th grade and are available on snow days , cold days, half days, late start wednesdays and school closures- we’ve got you covered!
I have a bachelors degree in child development, I have taught in childcare centers, been a center director, and taught kindergarten for several years. After my daughter was born in 2020, I stepped away from teaching, and became a privately employed nanny for the last 5 years, in order to spend the most time possible with my daughter. My child, Reese, who is an only child, would love nothing more than a house full of kiddos to laugh and play with after the school day, and your child will feel right at home, as they kick off their shoes, settle in with a snack, play outside, create crafts, and much more to help decompress from a busy day of learning.
As a highly experienced caregiver I am accustom to caring for multiple children at a time, and as a mother, I offer a fun, safe, and nurturing environment your child can call their own “home away from home”.
